What if DKIM is not verifying?
DKIM is an important verification to insure that the email is working correctly. Here is how to do it:
- On zoho mail press the gear icon at the top right and select control panel
- On the left sidebar menu, click on "Email Authentication" that is under Mail Administration.
- Click on DKIM in that sidebar
- Click on your domain
- Press add selector
- Put in: awe for the selector name and press save
- Open the domain settings panel on CommerceHQ by going to Store setup > Domains and press the gear icon next to your domain
- Press the "Add TXT record" button
- In the name input put in: awe._domainkey
- In the value input copy/paste the TXT record value from Zoho
- Press verify on Zoho and select that that you want to enable the selector if asked
