What if DKIM is not verifying?

DKIM is an important verification to insure that the email is working correctly. Here is how to do it:

  1. On zoho mail press the gear icon at the top right and select control panel
  2. On the left sidebar menu, click on "Email Authentication" that is under Mail Administration.
  3. Click on DKIM in that sidebar
  4. Click on your domain
  5. Press add selector
  6. Put in: awe for the selector name and press save
  7. Open the domain settings panel on CommerceHQ by going to Store setup > Domains and press the gear icon next to your domain
  8. Press the "Add TXT record" button
  9. In the name input put in: awe._domainkey
  10. In the value input copy/paste the TXT record value from Zoho
  11. Press verify on Zoho and select that that you want to enable the selector if asked
